Windshield Washer Fluid Tank Leak + Light

The washer fluid tank developed a huge leak recently. When I fill the tank, the fluid immediately flows out under the car. Anyone experience this before? Is the fluid motor loose? My EGT is a 2017, so warranty should cover it. I just don't have the time to go to the dealer and wait hours for them to fix it.

Anyway to turn off the "Low Washer Fluid" message before I fix it? It maybe a few weeks before I go to the dealer.

So today I jacked up the passenger side of the car and opened the plastic cover beneath/behind the bumper. It's only 2 clips. I discovered some rodent chewed through the rubber hose leading from the pump motor to the rear window. I tied it off to stop the leak until I can properly fix it. Not a big deal since I never use the rear washer (this car and previous cars). I'm going to look for a narrow coupler to connect the chewed hose ends. Something like this...

That would be my guess.

I'm sure there is but it's probably more trouble than it's worth since the sensor will be near the bottom of the tank.

You going to be 2 visits.. first visit for inspect and order replacement part(s) as needed..

2nd visit for actual repair..

As it is warranty concern, just make arrangements to drop car, dealer can overnight order parts, and complete next day,, and you come get car.
