I'm not sure what's up with your Bluetooth but keep in mind the passenger seat will not heat up if the seat is unoccupied. Try sitting in the seat and see if it works then.

 

The passenger seat heats up just fine when not occupied on my 2013 Elantra GLS Preferred Package. I have pre-warmed it for the wife a couple times already.

Passenger Air Bag is disabled when seat is empty but the seat heater works just fine.

You might want to check the plug which is easy to locate just behind and under the back side of the seat.

As you have mentioned.. It is the plug under the seat.. Thanks alot..
Now i wonder if anyone can tell me what is the problem with the bluetooth..

 

My owners manual had various troubleshooting steps for bluetooth. Have you checked these yet?

 

The users manual is in korean... Sonot much help there..

My hyundai seats feel like they are heating but i dont know how to turn on and off. No mention of heated seats in hand manual except for fuse checks.new owner.
