Here's what I have.
Note: This may be specific to the '20 Limited.

 

This looks very helpful, I am going to take the overhead assembly back down and compare it to this information. Where does one acquire this? Is it from the hyundai service site? I haven't paid for that yet, but was going to do a paid week and dig around and see what I got.
I also found this site 2021 Hyundai Sonata repair manual
but I have never heard of them, and didn't know if it was legit.

 

however with the LED assembly I can't figure out where the +/- would be.

You don't need a wiring diagram. You need a 12V bulb with a couple of wires attached (aka a test light), or a voltmeter. That will tell you where the +/- are.

The thing is, I don't think from what I have read, that the bulbs are replaceable when you have the led map/dome lights. From what I have read you have to replace the entire assembly. When I took the assembly out I didn't see any points to test with the voltmeter, but I will check again.
