Vent and Feet Heat?

My previous Sonata had a function for the vents where I could have the vents onto the front window (defrost) and my feet. Is this possible with the new setup where you push the button for feet, head, body?? Is head and feet the same as defrost and feet?

Yes. Press the defrost button, then press the vent select button.

If I press the defrost button and then pick feet the defrost goes off

On my pictograph selector there is an Icon for Defrost and it is possible to select both Defrost and feet at the same time.

If you have the three-button person (separate buttons for head, body, and feet), then the head is supposed to be equivalent to defrost (air to windshield). You should be able to press the head, then the feet and have air to both areas.

If you have the single button person, the cycle includes a defrost/windshield and floor vent simultaneously.
