Hi,

Does anyone have a way of getting the correct Instrument Cluster Variant code for a Tucson
I wish to add Music to the info screen on the dash, I know it can be done but need the variant code to enter
If anyone can do this, I'll supply all the options the car has, as I know these must also be calculated

Cheers!

Can you expand on how you change this?
I’d like to add the locking confirmation “chirp” which normally appears as an option in the instrument menu.
If you can suggest how you can change these codes I’m hoping I have a chance of adding that option in!

You must have access to a fairly high-spec OBD scantool or programmer, or be friendly with your local Hyundai Dealer. They *can* do it for you, but some just won't
It's a 4-digit hexadecimal code, so the chances of fluking it and guessing it are non-existant
There's a tool available online at USD$150 that allows me to do what I need to, but I'm not sure about your situation.

Well, the laptop/PC version for Hyundai GDS has recently been discontinued, by Hyundai. Now they only support a mobile(tablet) version...
You can buy the laptop/PC version on eBay from China as a replicate, with software and everything. Problem is that Hyundai no longer sends out updates for this solution, so its kinda outdated...

I know that a guy on http://www.auto-professionals.co.uk and different other auto forums, are selling this "new" complete mobile solution(GDS mobile), with tablet, cables, dealer id, user id/password etc...
- just search for it in the forum, and you will find him [emoji4]

Good luck [emoji869]

Hi, I live in Mexico, own 2017 model, and recently replaced the analog cluster with the digital cluster that the Tucsons of China carry. Ours navi is different from the USA/Canada/EU, I want to ask if anyone knows how to activate the TBT and A/V menus in the cluster, or if you know what signals should be supplied to the cluster in order to activate them...

2017 Hyundai Santa Fe 2,0l Ultr, HBA not enabling.

When lights are in auto position, moving directional lever away from operator, the high beam assist light ‘green light symbol with AUTO’ don’t come on and at night function will not work. (so, I believe it’s not a light status issue) High beams work. The lane departure works. I got the car used so not sure if it worked from day one.
I when to two dealerships to see it their tool can enable the function. No help.
I did notice that the cluster was updated last year and that the windshield was replaced.
