Suspension stuck in calibration mode

Just purchased 2016 Equus and the ride was low so I got my handy Autel scanner and started the suspension calibration process. All the air left the system and now I can't get the calibration process to start. I get code C1620, set-up not completed. Compressor only turns on for a second. How do I raise and clear the code? Anyone have any thoughts on what to do next?

Does the Autel give you the instructions or a link to online guides? Do you know what the calibration process is?
Hi Gerard, Yes, Autel gives me the following instructions:

I guess I need to charge the system with air and get the ECS system air mass to the right level. Not sure how to do step 5, get right height to "normal" level, but I'm guessing when I charge the system the car will raise. I thought would be similar to calibrating the system on my Audi, but it's completely different.

Hello. Unfortunately, I think you purchased a vehicle with pre-existing suspension issues. My suggestion is to take it to the nearest dealership. They'll calibrate it for much cheaper than the cost of an Autel scanner.
Hey, appreciate the advice. The local hyundai dealership is booked solid for 3 weeks. I guess I'll make an appointment, but in the meantime I'll try a couple things on my end. I agree there are issues, probably bad/leaky struts.

Going to make for an interesting topic. not your run of the mill repair. I had an early Liberty early 90's with 100% air suspension. Worked well until the bags perished and reality set in for the cost of each unit. Most converted to std coils etc.
Hi Gerard, Finally got the calibration completed. Many thanks for your help and pdfs, they're were invaluable!!
