There is a junction block on the engine bay fusebox. That is where the circuits for the left and right headlamps split. That might be worth a look. You would need to remove the fusebox to gain access to it...

 

Thanks i think i will make a direct wire from left light to rear light. It's only a ground wire so no need to worry about blown fuses.

I assume you meant to say right light rather than rear?

 

The wiring harness connector to the headlight goes bad.
There are after market connectors that are cheap and effective. (try NAPA)
Pigtail connector: already has the wires attached, you splice it on to the existing wires.

You can also spray non conductive lubricated cleaner into the connector:
such as Deoxit G 100 or D 100, after you replace the connector.

 

Solved; it turned out the new bulb was defected too.. Hyundai not too blame
