RH / HDLamp / RH / FG lamp do not work

Was the fuse checked with an ohmmeter, or just visually? In particular, find the one labeled H/LP LO RH. It's 15A.

If no joy there, swap the left and right relays (H/LP LO RH relay, possibly bad, swap with H/LP LO LH relay).

Except for a possible (ugly) harness issue, options for a common fault between the RH headlight and RH fog light are nil if other lamps continue to work. There's a common fuse for all of the relay coils (H/LP Fuse, 10A), and if that's gone, so are all of the relays to all of the front lights, and your description disallows that. Beyond that, the RH head and fog have nothing in common. The two fog lamps are wired in parallel. Check for a bad ground on the RH fog light.
