The release notes on the update.hyundai.com/CA state that wireless AA and Carplay are included in this upgrade, but I've not been able to get it activated.
Only on the CCNC infotainment system, not the Gen5W one. That’s why the screenshots in that section show the CCNC system. Only the 2024 Kona has that right now.

No mention of adding wireless Android Auto, but one can only keep hoping.
Here is an extract from the Official Hyundai October 2023 Navigation and Software Update Notification: "You can connect Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto wirelessly without a USB cable!
- Go to [Setup] > [Device Connections] and press the [Add New] button to connect your smartphone. Wireless connection is possible only when both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions of the smartphone are turned on." I followed the instructions, but Android Auto was greyed out when I tried using it without a USB cable.

Wireless AA would not work on my 21 SEL Plus either, even after the update.
