Ok, like my 2017 just fine, but need push button start. Anyone have one installed, and if so, any issues? I did a search but could not find anything.

I don't know if you're a DIY type. This wouldn't be hard to do, but it will be time consuming and you'd need to know what goes where. There are people here who have access to wiring diagrams and maybe one could help you out.

I don't know what a shop would charge, I would imagine it would be ~$300 just for the installation. I don't know how your locks work, but it may just be a matter of 1 or 2 wires in the BCM to access them. The ignition is easy, and you can probably order a column cover from Hyundai for the PTS model, to do away with that gaping hole where the ignition switch used to be.

If you brought over a bottle of The Macallen 25 I'd do it for you...er, BEFORE we broke open the bottle!

Actually, no. I do my own stuff, but when something does happen I can fix it. I usually only do stereo installations for others...they're simple.

There is no gaping hole with either installation.

The AK-105S installs a "knob" on the end of the key in the ignition cylinder.

The AK-105B leaves the lock cylinder alone, but you could modify it and put the push to start button there, or get a PTS column cover as you suggest.
