I don't see the pics
This is what Hyundai gave me 2 weeks ago, here in Canada about $30CAD +tx 1gal
I think they use it on pretty much all cars.
It's concentrated - needs be mixed 1:1 with distilled water View attachment 479009
I typically mix coolant and 3/4 bottle water, the add to system.

I have folks in shop that dump 1 coolant, then top off with water, be it a service, engine replacement, got to keep eye on the dealer folks short cutting flat rate for the flag time on flag sheet

19010 is what I got for my 18 Santa Fe Sport. Owner's manual specs to mix 50/50 with Distilled/Deionized water. How many customers know this and how many shops just mix in tap water which will just cause problems down the road. Does Hyundai sell Distilled/Deionized water at the parts counter? Is there a part #? Do the mechanics have access to it or is tap water just used at dealerships ? What is the amount of engine replacements per month at your shop? There is a Hyundai mechanic on line who just finished his 43rd replacement of 2023. and thats just one mechanic at one dealership. He does 2 and sometimes 3 engines a day. Can't imagine how much money this engine debacle is costing Hyundai. Does anyone know what determines whether a customer gets a new vs reman motor?

Tap water may or not be okay, depending on hardness, and how long it stays in the system.
Water in my area is somewhat hard.
Back in the day (1975 Civic through 1988 Accord) I used tap water with no problems, but that was old school green coolant changed every 2 years.
In my next car (2006 Toyota Matrix) and the Tucson, I use pre-mixed 50/50; convenient to drain & fill.
Zerex Asian red for the Toyota and Peak Asian green for the Tucson, every 5 years.
If I were to use a concentrate long life coolant these days I would certainly use distilled water.
