Depending on how recently you bought it, and if it was certified pre-owned, you should have 12,000 miles of bumper to bumper coverage. Or at least 3,000 miles if the dealership is reputable.

This is the wrong way to diagnose the issue. You need to go sit in another car of the same model and see if it goes up.

Might be the previous owner was indeed hulk hogan sized and ended up messing up the inner workings of the chair.

 

My wife also was enamored of her friends 16 Camry and thought it was beautiful. Now she has a whole different opinion across the board, she thinks the Camry looks like an old folks car now. The SE has a handcrank adjustment for height, whereas we have power [insert Back to the Future joke]. Although I agree it should be covered under warranty either way, it could be a weight issue, just not likely.

 

the issue has been diagnosed already, he says it doesnt go up.Thats like going to the dealership for a broken radio and them going to another car too "diagnose" your problem.
