Dealer DAB conversion

Hello all,

I live in an Hilly area where the FM reception drifts and dies when I drive and would like to convert to DAB. I have taken a portable DAB radio in the Car with me to test the reception and it is clear all the time. I have the standard fit radio and the UK dealer accessory site quotes ÂŁ166 conversion excluding fitting costs.

Has anyone had this conversion done and what it cost in total to have fitted?

Tnaks in advance for any replies.

I was interested too and swapped emails with these folks
dabonwheels.co.uk : Hyundai AutoDAB integrated add-on DAB car radio for Hyundai
And emailed with Hyundai as I wanted a dealer fit of this system.
Hyundai were not interested.
I put off the decision - too much risk of damage to the console. Also there would be a windscreen aerial. I am convinced this would be no better that re-using the standard FM aerial on the car roof.
To this day I still think that Hyundai dealerships should offer a standard DAB retrofit that can be done alongside a standard service.
Brand new UK i30s still don't have even a DAB option, this would be a deal breaker on my next car and I told Sales at Hyundai this.
