Not sure but I do know it’s a diehard battery and it’s pushing out 12v

It seems likely that the new starter is bad or the installation was not done correctly, because that's when the issue started, was after starter was replaced.

were symptoms exactly the same that caused you to replace starter?

Test the battery under load...12 volts means little to starting your car.

 

what is "it saying" about the airbag? from your post it seems like you are getting a no start and b1111 that's it. no?

 

It’s not starting at all everything else is working fine I looked up the code and that’s what it said

Hello everyone yesterday I went to start my car to go to work and it never returned over didn’t make one sound

I wouldn't worry about the airbag trouble code right now. That has nothing to do with why the engine isn't cranking. What I would do at this point is a start relay bypass test :

Make sure the transmission is in P/N.
Remove the START relay from the engine bay fusebox (see below)
Use a length of wire to bridge the two terminals on the relay socket on the fusebox as shown in the diagram.
If the engine cranks you instantly know that the battery, starter and the starter wiring is all good. Meaning the fault is likely to be on the part of the circuit that controls the START relay. Which includes the ignition switch, START fuse (dash fusebox), START inhibitor relay (part of the alarm) and the transmission range switch.
