I have a 2013 Elantra and ever since I switched from iphone 5 to a 6 plus the Bluetooth never worked correct. when I go to pair it, I get a message Bluetooth not ready press 1, my vehicle never shows up on the screen of my phone. its very frustrating to not have commands active as well as always having to use usb and aux cables to run everything. any advice would be helpful. the dealer wants $120 just to diagnos the issue.

Did you delete the 5 from the list? Then add the 6s. Not sure that would do it. But certainly won't cost you $120 to check it out yourself.

Most of time if phone come to market after the car,, then there be compatibility issue.. Find the Hyundai phone compatibility list and have a look

I had the same issue. The new phone is still under the same name as the old one which can get confusing. For example, if your old phone had the name iPhone bman and you switched to a newer iphone while downloading everything from your icloud, the newer phone will also have the name iPhone bman. This gets confusing because you think your car is picking up the correct phone when it's not. You have to delete the phone from your car and repair it. Literally took me 3 weeks to figure out when I though it was Pandora's issue -_-
