Has anybody ever seen this user authentication system error?
This error popped up after I reconnected the battery terminal after installing the OEM trailer harness adapter following the instructions a through z. All the connectors are fastened. Everything seems to be working fine with the vehicle it's just this annoying error that continuously pops up when starting my vehicle.
It's hard to find any mention of this online except a single Genesis forum discussion regarding this issue. Some people say it just goes away on its own. But I have a think diag tool and I tried clearing the message manually and the DTC code which is a hex code not even a DTC code and it pops right back up.
