Here a picture of my Tucson 2017 with hks Bov with Torque Solution Genesis adapter(will fit any Genesis, sonata or Veloster plate)

Fits perfectly.

- just had to buy 3 screws 1" longer than the ones that comes with the adapter plate

Any question just let me know.

Also Have a video, but know how to upload here

It is mostly the sound effect but there is a small gain to be had under certain conditions. The BOV ensures that there is not a lot of negative pressure against the turbo that would de-spool the turbo faster so that when you do punch it "under the right circumstance" the turbo could still be spinning faster and can spool up quicker to create boost.

But it is mostly a sound effect created by Audi in the 70's, if you want to hear it search for Audio Quatro turbo sound on youtube.

Glad to see you posted a thread about this actually. I was curious and posted in the other thread asking if you had other pictures of this up close as the adapter I keep seeing doesn't look like it would fit. Was also curious about clearance issues with that valve and the underside of the hood. Also about any negative effects from it being run vented vs recirculated that you have seen, as I am more worried about a major MPG loss from running it vented if you have had that issue.

I ended up buying the Greddy adapter plate and then a type S and type RS valve. I installed yesterday and it is a no go. Everything is fine but the valve is too tall and not enough clearance under the hood since that one stock plate is too thick. I wanted to ask on your HKS if you have issues with that, perhaps the HKS is shorter? I would like to use the valve but can't due to clearance issues. So I will probably have to sell the adapter plate and valves here on the forum since I just can't use the Greddy. Probably fit fine on other Hyundai's but the way they put that **** stock valve on this Tucson its so high up and faces straight up on the stock pipe there just isn't that much clearance before you touch the inside of the hood. I'm pretty disappointed on it, wish there was someone else out there who tried it and noted that so I would have known and then tried an HKS instead of the Greddy. I like the Greddy sound a lot but again the clearance under the hood with the stock BPV mounting area and that stock plate just make it so it doesn't fit under the hood. Had they mounted the flange lower or on the side of the pipe there would be plenty of room there.

Yeah you might be the only one :) I think it's cool. But having tried it yesterday there just isn't enough boost coming out of this car and I rarely get into any legitimate RPM range to make it do any decent sound so I just threw it back to stock and that's that

Looks great in the pics man. I wish the Greddy would have worked for me, it just couldn't fit with the underhood clearance issues. I wish I had just gone with the HKS to begin with as now I basically have a flange and 2 valves to sell and then have to buy the HKS flange and the HKS valve as well.

Curious on how loud this is by chance. I honestly rarely get the rpm going too much so it probably wouldn't even make any sounds for me!
