Totally Flakey app

I'm sure this is not new but
  • I love the car
  • HATE the app

Considering that Hyundai spent quite some effort on design, function and built a generally very enjoyable car....

The app clearly got thrown together in a hurry, as an afterthought, without any concept of UI/UX

1 - the newest version Sept 2025 hsa face ID for logins, so why ask to verify each time a setting is changed???

2 - setting a charge schedule doesnt work because the "Start off Peak charging" time cannot be saved. Try as might, many combo's it doesnt save. So the car always starts charging as soon as I plug it in.

3 - location - well its still in Niagara Falls, but I havent been there in 3 months...

The R&D to develop this app cannot have been much, so please start fixing some very basic features

Yeah it's probably some third party app builder that didn't take the time to get things right.

Sad but this is the way of the world where apps and complicated electronic systems now run our toys. 🫤

Thanks - they sure dont make it easy to provide feedback

Enter your VIN - I did.
Throws and error message that its incorrect - its not.

However, when go here: Connecting...
the same VIN works just fine.

I enter all the info correctly as to the purchase agreement and get
"your information does not match - go to the dealer"

After 20 min of trial and error, I get in.
"this name is already registered'....sigh

OK, how do I back out?
back to square one.

Log in - "your information doesn't match"
Ok, reset password

Requires a combination that defeats Googles Strong Password generator
So I slowly work my way through all their stupid rules, check off each box and still cant submit

This system absolutely $%^&*(ing sucks!
