I'm sure there's a difference because there is more insulation in the car, and even some changes in materials. You don't add weight to a vehicle in this class unless it's for a valid trade-off.

 

After all this time I hope there would be a difference. The "E" without a doubt is a nice car just to d-- "Noisy".

 

I work at a dealership, and the sound difference is noticeable to me. I have a 2013 Elantra Coupe, and I've been taken many people on test drives in the 2014 Sedan. I suppose it's apples to apples though. I'm about to trade in my 2013 Coupe for a 2014 Limited Sedan. It's my day off; I think my wife and I are heading to my dealership for some research.

 

I dont feel as though my 14 limited has quite as big of a road noise problem as perhaps some people have taken issue with. I did test drive both a 23 gls and limited and i cant say i noticed that much of a difference but then again i wasnt listening for it at the time, also i didnt have it out on a freeway doing 70 on a test drive.

hitting bumps and road vibration is a different story. i cant imagine any improvement there based on what I experience on a daily basis.

 

Got any pics of the '23 GLS or LTD?? Man I bet they look cool. Do they hover yet?
