Solvent inside a catch can?

Thinking of putting solvent such as redline or seafoam inside my catch can. Never seen it done but my thoughts are it will evaporate and clean valves as the GDI doesn't get fuel washing over the valves. Not something to do all the time. Maybe 2 times a year. Thoughts?

There is a line coming off you valve cover. It is routes into you intake book. It is vapor emissions. The engine returns it . Supposed to help with pollution. There are oils in this vapor also. For a Direct injection engine it's not good. There is no gas washing over the valves to clean them. A catch can goes in line to catch the oil but let the air through. Watch a few YouTube videos and you will understand.

Using solvent won't help a bit inside of a catch can.
If anything have the catch can output go vent to air instead of back to the engine.
Just add a small filter to the output port and block off the intake manifold port to keep the intake tract clean and free of any crankcase vapors.

Been running this for years and intake tract is nice and clean.
Next time you pull your plugs to change take a flashlight and peer down the spark plug hole to the top of your cylinder.
Note if there's any carbon build up.
That's when you know the vent to air is working.

So you don't think it will evaporate and go inside the engine. Keep in mind I am in C.A triple digits heat here.
