Check engine light on with a P04F0 code in my sons N Line. It was right before work so I checked it quick with my cheap $15 scanner to get the code. Once he was home I used my $300 scan tool and it said no codes found even though the light was still on. I scan it a few times, still no codes. Even in the Bluelink app it shows no code. I checked the gas cap, it was tight and looked ok physically. I cleared the code to see if it would come back. The next day it did. Kinda strange how the code only shows on 1 device.

Possibly the code was erased when you first checked it. My light has come on several times. The dealership said it was an exhaust sensor and it was replaced. The light still has come on, although not recently. Now I always check the gas cap regularly. Not sure what’s causing it but everything is running well. Good luck.
