Junk yard is an excellent place to look for one in better shape that what's pictured.
I'm guessing that's the transmission cooling hookup from the cooling system.

If it's coolant you're seeing then that's what it is.
Oh and welcome to the forums. 🤙

The steel tubes withthe rubber lines is indeed a transmission iol cooler tube

Fella was in here somewhere looking for same part, and said part reflects "DISCONTINUED" on the locator when number run on Hyundai Parts page

Looking at that, you be best to replace the tube (Discontinued), the 2 rubber line with clamps, 4 copper rings of 14mm flavor I think they is

Back to the tube, I suppose you could try and talk the part dept person into swapping tube off a CORE transmission that not been sent back yet for maybe food or drink,

45264-3B640 likely discontinued, dealer tell you when number run on Hyundai site

The rubber hoses should still be available as "FFF" parts (revised on old TSB)

25420-2S500-FFF
25425-2S500-FFF

17512-14000 copper ring (4)
