Just turned in my 2011 SE 2.0 T got it in May 2011 and turned it in last week. (ended lease a few months early).
Turned it in with 58500 miles on it.
No major issues to report,
Navigation head unit replaced with under 1K miles on it (iphone would not play thru)

fog light bulb had to be replaced after about 30K miles.

I now have a 2014 Limited 2.0T with tech pkg. has about 350 miles on it and loving every minute of it.

2011 Sonata GLS. With just under 40,000. Gotta go in for service soon. I missed my 30k service

You didn't miss much, aside from a required oil/filter replacement, a select few other items, and the complimentary brow beating by the service adviser on stuff "they" (dealer) recommend that isn't required by Hyundai.

Found this. More Inspect than Replace. Air filters YOU can do. and you can look at the brake fuild level as well as anyone else. That's all they are doing: looking. Maybe.

Only thing that tickled me over this was "the cooling system service, etc." At one point, below, they say to "inspect" the coolant level. At the bottom, they say to replace the fluid, flush, fill, etc. Well, why inspect it if you're going to change it out? Why change it out if the inspection reveals it's okay. See where this is going?

Good luck with these clowns carrying the clipboards as you pull up. Tell him you will take him to lunch if he'll shut up about "recommended's." You'll get off way cheaper.

Inspect Windshield Washer
Inspect Wheels & tires
Inspect Vacuum lines & hoses
Inspect Seat belt restraint system

Inspect Air filter element

2013 GLS bought in August of 2012 just turned 38,000 miles on Thursday.

I agree with Rich and all about the service schedule. I don't change my own oil or rotate my own tires. I take the car to a local mechanic to do those and most of the inspections required. They charge me about $44.00 for what they do. I bought both the engine and cabin air filters from Amazon, 4 of each for a total of 57.00 if I remember, and replace these myself. Replacing both filters cost about $14.00 and it took me about 20 minutes the first time. I think I'll be able to do both in 10 minutes next time.

Picked up 2012 car in Aug 2011 and have 13,684. Had a temp sensor replaced at 9,000 miles. They keep calling and sending e mails wanting me to trade in for 2014 saying same payments or less a month. I've got 4 more payments I'm not about to go for more. Told salesman I had a 79 Accord for 15 years, a 86 Sable 12 years and still have a 1998 Mountineer. He said ok no more trade in talk. Love it.

just hope the Sonata last 15 years :) it has 12 computers in it, the 86 Sable don't. Old cars were much less complex than today's cars filled with electronics and computers, those are the things that may die sooner are later.

87.3K and still looking beautiful. Need brakes and a tune up like a skydiver needs a parachute!

Hoping for 150K before any major issues.

Xion is my muse---I have to get the Sled paid off before getting another car. Have never had one with a clear title before.
