You do have a turbo car with a lot more electronics vs his old school simple 4 banger...


But only time will tell...I hope I does as well, since my plan is the same

 

I have the regular se model..not the turbo.
Also it took him nearly 10 yrs to get to his mileage, where as it only been 3 yrs for mine so far. I think drivetrain wise it will make it just fine, just figure some of the electronics may start giving me some problems once im over the 200k mark. I changed over to mobile 1 full synthetic at 75k miles and change it every 5k miles. Also had the tranny flushed and filled at the 100k mark.

 

768 miles, 2013 limited just over a month old...not even tinted yet.

2011 Limited , 54,000 miles

 

Bought off the truck (literally) in May of 2010. 81K as of this morning.

Need new spark plugs but otherwise its as fast and fun as the day I bought it.

Want to pay it off and get another Hyundai (Azera or Gen Coupe) in the future.

 

Mine is 2 years and 8 months old, 26,433 miles.

Replaced tires at 90K
Replaced front brakes and rotors at 110K
Oil change every 6-7K miles
Original back brakes - pads and rotors, no sign of changing them anytime soon
Averaging 30-33 miles per gallon
Was told that may battery might need replacing soon

I put in a k&n air filter when I bought it new.
Xenon headlights and fog lights (both 6000k) from Xenon Supply
Plasti Dip the chrome on the grill, bottom rocker panel and and the side view mirrors.

Got to say I am happy with the car.

 

K&N drop in or a whole air filter set up? And has it given any known issues that high mileage?

Happy to see that a 2011 turbo is up that high with mileage.

It amazes me how some of you have had a car nearly 3 years and have 30k or less miles. Wow

 

2013 Sonata SE 8340 miles. I just got it last week and I do a minimum of 60 miles a day. I LOVE this car!

how can you love a car that you have only driven 88 miles? at your rate, you may be ready for your first oil change this time NEXT year!

I got my car in August of 2012 (brand new 2012 GLS) and I have 26,xxx miles... So far the only true complaint is the massive discrepancy between the expected MPG and the real world one. That said, it is a great car, and I am happy with my purchase

 

What is your expected mileage and your real world mileage

 

On my 2013 Sonata SE Turbo... 935 miles right now.

 

2012 GLS brand new in October 11 ' I'm up to 66k in 26 months not to many complaints at all just replaced front pads and rotors with slotted and cross drilled ones
,i figure the fast replacement was due to my 19" Wheels ,just switched back to my 16" for winter.... wow the car is a sloppy mess again handling wise lol

 

Good luck with those. I put slotted/drilled rotors on my Tundra and they were awful. I took them off and threw them in the trash. They looked cool, but it was a costly lesson learned.

bought it with only 2K on it back in April

Just bought mine with 147K on it. So far, it run pretty smooth. I'll update you guys once I hit the 200K milestone.

 

Original engine and tranny? If so that's impressive.

I'm up to about 72K in my 2011 GLS (purchased in March of 2010). Other than an intermittent dash squeak that only comes when people are sitting in the passenger seat, I have no complaints!
