Does have anyone here have access or keep a record of their EDR data from a collision/after airbags being deployed?

I believe that part of the system is protected and proprietary software. As far as I am aware of. Dealer, manufacturer and investigating authorities have access.
I cant be sure about the Hyundai, But as a tech in the Heavy truck industry there are areas of the system I cant access or even take a look-see. Todays big rigs have ECM, BCM, CCM, Engine interface module and Freightliner now has the Cascadia system with even more shared circuits on twisted pairs.

I can only access things like record of panic stops with Freightliner access software and dealer access code.

SBR711 will probably be one of the few that can give you a definitive answer on that, I would say drop him a line.

Got it. So this is not something that is provided to the vehicle owner when requested to a dealership say after an accident?

Most of our recent SRSCM will have slot for event 1 & Event 2 data,, I think it tells if belts latched, what exploders got fired, and mayby occupant in pass seat.. normally it comes up "No crash recorded".. body shop get them and does repairs, then we might end up with it if they cant get light to go out,, as we have software to get in, they dont.
Through OBD-II?
