Hey everyone, i own a hyundai accent 2000 GLS, i have recently replaced the ECM wiring and a brand new ignition coil, however the engine still sputters when i try to accelerate in higher gears, my mechanic told me that the engine mounting bushes need repacement. is it one of the causes? the sparks plugs are new, fuel pump is working fine. can anyone please help me?

did you mean the motor mounts? if all the rubber is ripped, the motor smacks all around and that could be your vibration right there....
Thanks conrow, ill try replacing the wires, by ECM i meant the engine wiring, the whole set. i ordered the mounts still waiting for them to arrive. by the way i cannot floor the acclerator also i have to slowly coax it, is it the way this car drives? cus when i floor it the engine just sputters.
