Every once in a while I get a message saying “Check Turn Signal”.
Sometimes it stays on for about a minute and other times it stays on for only a few seconds.
I was able to take a picture one time when it stayed on for a minute.

Anybody else experience this?

Yeah I've had it a few times now. It pops up when you're indicating. I worried it was an indicator out, but they are LED, but I checked them, all working fine, and the message cleared pretty quickly.
I assumed that as LED has very low draw it perhaps gives a false reading now and then. I'll check it when I'm in for a service (Sept), but not too worried otherwise at the moment.

I had this happen once when turning left. The turn was kind of bumpy and sloppy so I thought for a moment the car was warning me about something. It went away after I quickly reactivated the turn signal.

I had a similar error for my head lights in the garage, so I got out and saw that the left head lamp was out. I toggled through the headlight controls and the error and light outage corrected.

I’ll keep an eye out for both (only a couple weeks and 400 miles into ownership)

I asked my dealer to look at this and they said that the connection was loose and they fixed it. “Tech removed connector R44 and checked pins for bumper harness. Found pin #4 loose and not making proper connection for pin ground. Adjusted pin #4 tension and verified it was no longer loose. Road test and no more warning light. Verified repair.”

Same issue with 2022 Santa Fe PHEV, warning chime and extremely quick flash of digital description of problem. The only time I was able to catch it was indicating left rear turn signal and I have seen one quick flash that in all likelihood was right rear turn signal (almost to brief to document). Dealer check and "unable to fault". Problem shows on an irregular basis.

UPDATE: duh duh duh it didn't fix the issue...
The wiring harnessess were replaced and didn't fix the issue. It still comes up started same day I got it done.
Called dealer Thursday afternoon and they transferred me to the SM who told me to fill out this report and send it back as they didn't want to throw parts at it. I'm sorry am I mechanic now cause if so I charge 150/hr.

Does anyone have any idea what to look at next it keeps coming on and disappearing. NO CODES OR STORED CODES IN SYSTEM

Hyundai canada corporate is aware and flabbergasted as to the SM wanting me to do his job. They told me not to do what he said and wait till we get a answer back. I have a sinking suspicion I won't be allowed back to the dealer lol.

2023 Santa Fe PHEV Limited. I encounter the same thing with the turn signals. Comes on briefly, most times we are talking milliseconds, where it makes the chime and flashes on the right side where the charge/eco/power gauge is located. Last week I was in a drive thru and it came on for more than a minute, advising that the left rear turn signal was out, when I had not even turned on the signal. Annoying at this point. Purchased March of 2023, noticed this around 2000 miles or so. Only 6500 miles now. Also had intermittent airbag light appear at 1300 miles, but that appears to have not come back on since at least the last 2K miles or so. Wish there was a verified fix for these issues. I was curious about the airbag light when it was happening. Unbolted the driver's seat and pulled apart the yellow connector, based on some Youtube videos I saw for Sonatas. The connectors on the male side appear super thin, compared to connectors on other makes I have seen over my lifetime. Wondering if these needle thin male connectors are the cause of continuity issues. Metal expands and contracts, so temperature could increase or decrease contact of the pins on the male and female sides of the connectors. Going over rough terrain or bumps could probably cause continuity issues I would think as well. Just a theory.
