Has anyone seen this, noticed it a month ago while cleaning the interior but didn't think much about it.
If this is a defect then I suspect this would cover under their 5 year/60k miles warranty?

Maybe it's an anti-reflective film but I wouldn't think it's removable - if it's a film indeed, looks like Hyundai messed up with the glue they used - don't try peeling it. It's going to be fun fixing this as I doubt they will be willing to replace the entire cluster. The kind of issue they will rather say "it's normal". Hopefully it doesn't get worse, are you living in a hot weather area ?

Update
The service agent told me to take it back to my original dealership where I bought it from so they can determine if it'll be covered under warranty or not. I went ahead and schedule an appointment from the dealership where I got it from however the bad part, I will have to wait until September 12th because that is the next available appointment, bummer. UGH!
For everyone curiosity, attached is the picture of the cost of the part.

Hi there, I have a similar issue, i have a long bubble appearing on the right side of the screen, my Tuscan is 4 years old, i am taking mine in at the end of the month to see if they will replace it, this is a manufacture issue as i dont use any chemicals at all to clean the inside of my car. We let you know what they say to me.

Update:
After a few text exchange a couple of days since last week to determine if the dashboard will be covered and it will be cover under warranty. Long story short, Service Manager took a picture of the dash and submitted to Hyundai for a warranty check but Hyundai Warranty folks ask for more pictures yesterday, I've gave them this picture I took and more, within 10 minutes after showing my pictures to his Manager, he says it will be covered, they are ordering it now then will call once the part arrives to schedule for the replacement.
Also during my visit last week, I'd mention to them about a grinding noise coming from somewhere behind the dash area and the noise occurs when you switch modes from defrost to the front or the floor. The Service Tech says that the blend doors needs some oiling. The Service agent says that too is covered under warranty.
So thanks my lucky stars that both will taken care of at the same time and will be covered under warranty.

I have the same but greater problem. The entire screen film cover pealed off and you cannot read the screen without it. My dealer wants $500 to replace the film on the screen. (BS!!) It is a ten cent piece of thin plastic.. Radio works fine still and does not need replacing.... Never used any cleaner on the screen. Appears to be a Florida heat problem..
