Went to dealer this morning and we were the Guinea pigs. It worked, took about 10 min.

I just received a email from Hyundai.

Only use Bluelink and corresponding devices when it is safe to do so. Cellular and GPS coverage is required. Bluelink is available on most new Hyundai vehicles. Features, specifications, and fees vary by subscription plan and are subject to change. For more on details and limitations, visit HyundaiUSA.com or your authorized Hyundai dealer. Bluelink features are subject to adequate cellular coverage, signal strength, and battery power, and only available in the 50 United States. You must be an active Bluelink subscriber or within the initial free trial period to receive Bluelink services.

Bluelink services rely on digital wireless telecommunications technology outside of Hyundai’s control. Bluelink is dependent on 4G LTE cellular networks controlled and maintained by third-party wireless carriers. If and when these networks change and/or discontinue service, or their underlying technology required to support Bluelink becomes obsolete, then the connected services will not work and Hyundai will be forced to cancel impacted subscription services.

I recently bought a2025 Santa Fe Hybrid. I very much enjoy the car though I’ve only had it for a few hundred miles.

My Bluelink connection no longer works. There appears to be an outage with the service. It’s been down since Friday, Feb 7th. I’m new to the Bluelink service. Love the ability to do a remote start here in the mountains. It’s disappointing that the service is not working. Are outages common with Bluelink?
I have same issue in New Jersey. called after the re-set did not work and they put in a "ticket" for the engineers who are supposed to get back to me within a week. So far nothing.

I could not figure out what the problem was until I stopped at the dealership. First fellow couldn't figure it out... along comes another man who says: oh, there's a national outage. Seems to me Hyundai can find me for payments... why not to explain the outage and what is being done to correct the problem. It is winter!!!

Man, I thought I was the only one! My Bluelink has been down since last week also. I wish I could've made a note of the actual day it went down though. I called Bluelink and they submitted a ticket, but I don't feel like its going to make a difference really. Fingers crossed

I called Blue Link after my Blue link wasn't working here in New York. They took my car software information and a day later I got an email from them telling me about the outsage and gave me some numers to give to the dealer when I make an appointment to bring the SantaFe in to have them resolve the problem.
