Car- GLS 2009.
Someone recently got into the "secure" parking lot of my building and tried to access my car via the only lock cylinder(driver door). Looks like they used a screwdriver or some other brute force method. Not sure what they were going for, but the lock is now totally deformed and unusable. I'm worried they might come back and try to steal my car given the vehicle was totally empty at the time and the only obvious conclusion is that they were after the car. I'm considering removing the starter fuse as well as other vital fuses/relays to temporarily make it impossible for the car to start. Please advise. Greatly appreciate any tips.
Also looking for a good way to seal the new gap between the housing of the lock cylinder and door so water doesn't seep inside the door and cause issues.
