7 speed problem

I am curious if anyone else has had this problem. I have a 2020 Kona 1.6 turbo with a 7 speed duel clutch. I was on a trip home of about 500 miles and running on interstate about 72-75 mph. When I got of the highway after about 230 miles I stopped at a light and when the light turned and I tried to go there was not much throttle response and the car felt like it was stuck in3rd or 4th gear. it took a long time to reach 35-40 mph and then it felt ok. back on highway and went to a rest stop and pull into a space. when I went to back out there was no reverse at all. Nothing! Tried to give it some gas and had pedal to the floor and engine just idled about 800 rpm. I shut everything down and looked for something obvious, that was a waste, so I started the car and it was fine. Drove the rest of the way home with no problem. This just happened for the third time and dealer says they can't find anything wrong. The first two times were on long trips on the road. This last time was on a 30 mile drive on the interstate. I waiting for a call back from the dealer now. I'm just wondering if anyone else is having a problem like this or am I the only one.
Thanks for all your time.

I am betting on a faulty even gears (2,4,6,R) actuator, especially since you wrote that for a while it was good. Alternatively TCM is having a bad day or there is intermittent electrical problem. My advice, record a video next time it happens. Switch to the manual mode and observe which gears you can manually engage.

I'm at a loss right now. The dealer can't find anything so they are trying to get tech support from Hyundai to help.
The next time it happens I will try to make a video. This last time I got off interstate and dumped into heavy traffic so it was a little difficult to record. As soon as I hear something from the dealer I will post it and keep everyone informed.
I have no idea how long this will take. Thank you for all the input provided. At least now I know that I am not the only one with an issue with this.

Something similar with my 2022: This morning, (for the first time), while driving my 2022 Kona Limited, the transmisson (while in drive), lost drive mode......it was as though I had shifted into neutral. After parking the vehicle, I tried several methods of moving through the gears. the only thing I had left was park and reverse. Finally I shut off the engine and restarted, essentially re-booting the computer. That worked and the transmission again worked as expected. Aggravating! Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks.

So far good news. It has been a little over two weeks since the transmission and all sensors were replaced. The car drives and shifts better than when it was new. There was always a little clunk when going from reverse to forward when it was first started and always sloppy shift from first to second even after it was up to operating temp. All of this is gone now and it shifts smoothly and seems to hold the lower gears for just a little longer. So far I'm really happy with it. Here is hoping it stays that way!

It has been about 6 months now since the trans was replaced. So far have put about 8000 miles on it without any issues. We just got back from a 2200 mile trip that was all highway and no problems. Since the day the new trans was installed it has been like a new car. It shifts smoother and quicker and even seems quieter. I think I can safely say it is fixed.
Thank you to Tunde my service adviser and all the guys who put up with me complaining and were still nice. I am happy with Hyundai of St. Augustine here in Florida.
