Just purchase my 25 SF hybrid FWD in September and as we know we all assumed we would get what the windows sticker says 36 local / 35 highway.
First tank i got about 25 mpg
Today the best I've gotten has been between 32-33 mpg
I run the car in eco mode with sport steering
I've running my tire pressure at 39 lbs instead of 36 lbs

My issue with these mpg numbers is that I had a 2025 Tucson SEL Convienance hybrid AWD (totaled) and I was getting 35 mpg right out of the box.

Has hyundai dropped any new firmware updates to help with the mpg?

Besides what I've done already, can anyone suggest any other setting that I could look at?

You need to remember that the car is new.
It needs to break in and after the first 5,000 miles you should be reading consistent mpg readings.

Just keep track of it and get some miles on the car. 😁
