2019 Santa Fe 2.0T -GDI Fuel Induction and Injector Service

Hello All
I have a 2019 Santa fe 2.0 T Ultimate at 28k miles and today Hyundai dealership recommended "Platinum GDI Fuel Induction and Injector Service" and quoted $359. Is this required ? Any experiences ?

Can you share the link ? Do I just need to add the additive or need to do anything in the engine? Also, once the additive is added, do I need to drive immediately for certain miles ?
This is widely available:
Just pour a bottle in before a fill-up once a year, then drive like normal.

Things beyond the Owners Manual I like to do:
Change brake fluid every 3 years.
Change transmission fluid early: 30-60,000 miles.
Clean the throttle body and PCV valve every 50,000 miles.
While driving or while on park increasing the rpm?
While driving. Put your foot in it on the highway aka "Italian tuneup".

Even on engines where both valves stay briefly open at the same time, the flow of air over the intake valve is going into the engine.
During valve overlap the intake port is usually under some vacuum, the exhaust port is usually under some pressure, so gases are encouraged to flow from exhaust to intake.
The piston is near TDC and not moving much.
Not enough room in chamber for 20% EGR, so some exhaust gas gets stored in the intake port & manifold, to be drawn back into chamber later during intake.
However reading over 2 dozen articles I have not found anything to back up your points.
Looked at any SAE articles? Mechanical Engineering textbooks? Talked to actual engineers?
