I know this is an old thread but I want to provide a solution as I see nothing came of the original post. I hope this helps someone with the same issue.
I was experiencing the exact same issue as reported here - the clock was running 1 hour fast as a result of daylight-saving ending.
The many solutions found online elsewhere, and in the manual involved going into settings, going into the clock section, and simply changing the time (where there should be 4 fields to change).
LIke the OP, I was only presented with 2 fields not the 4 reported), one showing the clock time, and the other showing a toggle between 12 hour & 24 hour time. The time was unable to be edited or changed in any way - it presents as a static field. The 12/24 hour option was able to be toggled.
The 2 expected remaining fields (as shown in other 'how to change the time' tuturials, were missing from my screen (the same as the OP).
I believe this issue is due to the time being fed from another source, likely the built in nav system. I went looking in the nav system, but could not find anywhere to change the time. My understanding is that the nav system automatically gets the time from the GPS satellite - which I was happy for it to keep doing (and could not see a way to disable this feature in any case).
So, there were 2 other options (in the Nav system), that would give me the required outcome - one was changing the difference from GMT time, the other is disabling daylight saving time.
I chose to disable the daylight-saving time option (in the nav system), and my time is now correct (and not running 1 hour fast). (The change GMT option would have also worked, but would provide a less elegant solution, as I would be changing the time zone to one that I am not within).
There were all sorts of other solutions online that did not seem to work or be applicable, such as turning the car on and off, removing sd nav cards which I haven't located if they exist etc etc).
The only downside to my solution is that I will need to do this every 6 months when daylight saving starts and ends, but I am happy to live with this inconvenience as it is a 60 second job.
Perhaps updating the nav system software would have resolved this as well, however, daylight saving has been around well before the car existed, and the time would never adjust on its own.
