2012 Sonata Radio doesn't work and it's not a fuse in the fuse box

I have a 2012 Hyundai Sonata and radio just cut out and it would turn on. The clock works, but the radio and the charging ports don't work. I've checked all of the fuses in the fuse box and they all look fine.

Any suggestions of what else it could be? Is there a fuse behind the radio or anything?

SAME! I have less than 3 weeks to return my lease and I need to resolve this horrible scuff (big scuffs) problem. Within 1 week of leading my Hyundai Tucson, I noticed scuff marks on the plastic in the back, from several bags of mulch the HD guys loaded. It only got worse and I now have deep scuffs and scratches. Surprisingly prone to scratches - both my Volvo and Mini Cooper carried much worse and never scuffed like this.

Replace the tail light bulbs with 1156 or 1157 (the one with 2 contacts on the bottom) and it will solve the tail light problem.
2656 0r 2657 OEM bulbs are slightly brighter, but overheat the sockets, and burn out 5x as fast.

So perhaps someone can make some sense out of this and give me an idea where to look. It's currently at a Mom and Pop shop and I was told that my interior fuse box had a bad circuit and needed to be replaced which I did so with a used/tested one from Car Part Mall (eBay). ever since it was replaced I no longer have heated seats, or anything to do with the dash screen. No backup camera, no HVAC controls for temperature setting, no radio or even cruise control. The shop that replaced this insists that it is not operated and controlled by the fuse box.
the backup camera and radio are controlled by their own circuit
the cruise control is controlled by the PCM engine control module (the computer)

the backup camera is connected through the radio on its on separate circuit.

"none of which are controlled by the fuse box. we pulled the fuse box completely out and checked every single fuse and the surrounding wires that connect to the fuse box. All is operating as it should. The fuse box is completely unrelated to this happening. that's why it would be a separate diagnosis. $395. 3.5 hours worth of diagnosing if you want us to"
should I go with my gut and get it back to the dealer? (Update: it's Currently been at the dealer since Tuesday waiting for a technician to diagnose it)
