2000 Accent overheating

I'm looking for advice on my 2000 Accent. In the last two weeks or so after she's been running around for like 10 mins, the temp gauge starts a slow and steady march up to the red zone. It does not matter if I have the A/C on or not. I've changed the thermostat and gasket, change the temp control sensor, checked the fluids and all are good. There are no leaks and she runs fine other than she wants to overheat. It looks https://xender.vip/ like maybe the fans aren't running correctly (ie they aren't kicking on until system is showing 200 degrees on hubby's temp checker at the thermostat). My next step is to change out the fan relays, but would like to know if there is something else I should look for as well?

Need to verify coolant circulation, water pump original with poor cooling system maintain and impellor poor condition / radiator clogged (25yr) ?

Which engine, 1.5 or 1.6 ?

If fans turned on, then relays not your fault

Engine on, turn on a/c, did radiator fan start rotating to move air ?
