I am in the process of ordering the Zest Body Kit for my Tucson (as per the first pic) and wondering if anyone else has had this kit installed.

I am currently sitting on 20" rims and will be getting all exterior plastic trim and kit painted gloss black like the rest of the vehicle.

I was hoping any one else had pics of their vehicle with this kit installed. I am not sure if I will need to have the suspension lowered/upgraded to replicate the look of this car.

I have plans to do the same with my black Tucson. Painting the plastic trim is first on my list. I hope you will take pictures of the progress and share them here...

I sure will. I have ordered the body kit and it can take up to 7 weeks to fabricate and ship here to Australia. If all goes well, I have booked the car in for the installation and additional painting to commence Monday 6th August. I've been told it will take about 4 days to complete the work

I can't wait !

hi, where did you order it from? and how much will it cost you for installation and all that? , aussie here
I bought it off eBay ... cost just over $1600 with the new GST on overseas purchases and expedited delivery. Took just over a week for delivery.

I have been quoted $2520 for installation and painting. This also includes painting of all the plastic trim to match the rest of the body.

Out of curiosity, what wheels are those and what tires did you go with? I'm looking for something similar here in the states for my 18 Tucson. Thanks mate!

They are KMC D2 ... they came from the States so should be cheaper for you.

The tyres are Roadclaw 245/40/R20. I only discovered recently they are a budget tyre (as they came as a package with the wheels) and handle surprisingly well. They handle bumps and potholes almost as well as my stock 18" wheels I will be going with a lower profile next set though to see how it rides.

They are +35mm offset too, so stick out a tad from the wheel arch.

Would you mind sharing the dimensions of the wheels you bought? I'm in the states and I'm looking at the Zest kit as well and want to put on 20s. The problem I have is that most of the sites only show up to a 19" wheel on my vehicle. I've seen 20x8.5 with a 35+ offset, but not sure if that is right. I have the 2018 Sport AWD.

Hi Klwood2000,

They are 20x8.5 with a 35+ offset. You can get a lower profile tyre depending on your taste and there is a possibility you may notice the ride difference.

I just dropped the car off this morning to get this work done, so should have pics in the coming days :) I have a feeling I may have to get it lowered just a little bit

I took a couple of quick pics with the kit. Will take some better ones once I've had it cleaned lol
What are the specs of your wheels?

I’m trying to work out what fits.

[edit]. Oops. Never mind. I see they are 8.5” wide with 35mm offset. Any rubbing anywhere? How badly do they stick out?

No rubbing whatsoever ... doesn't affect the turning circle either.

They probs stick out about half an inch on each side. I'll try take a closer pic during daylight hours here so you can get a better idea.

Looks good! Tell me about your exhaust (quad tail pipes). I don't think that this is OEM, but I could be wrong, as I'm learning about the Tucson.

It's not OEM. I went into an Exhaust specialist in my local area and had it custom made.
