Santa Fe o4 changed glow plugs put new bleed pipes on still won’t start will start with easy start after a while when running no probs go out after 2 hrs starts straight away Very frustrating. Any ideas

Sounds like you might have a fuel leak causing low pressure in the common rail. On a CRDi engine, the PCM wont fire the fuel injectors until a specific pressure has built in the rail. If you have a leak the specific pressure is never achieved resulting in a non start.

I'd advise you have an injector leak off test done. Fuel leaks are most often caused by faulty injectors.

check under the hood and near the fuel tank if you can smell any gas. If not that maybe a bad fuel pump. That may cause power loss sometimes

Also when it’s running it’s great will start all day long
Yeah, that's not unusual. My advice still stands....injector leak off test.

Oh, and don't expect to smell gas. Apart form it not being a gas engine, the fuel leak is internal so there isn't anything to smell.
