Hello,

I wonder can anyone advise how I replace my wing mirror indicator?

I have the replacement part as the plastic is smashed on my passenger side wing mirror indicator, but I am not sure how to fit this.

Thank you,

Ash

I've never done one on an i10 but on other Hyundai models you remove the mirror glass and there is a screw behind the glass that secures the lamp. Below is a photo of an i30. I suspect an i10 will be very similar.

i30 Mirror - Green Screw Secures The Lamp.
Remove the screw and slide the lamp outwards a little to release it from the mirror.

Hello, thank you for this.
I have had a little trouble with this. Managed to remove the mirror and screw with no issues. But couldn’t get the lamp itself to slide, should this require some force to slide out?
Excuse the dirt but I did manage to take a couple of photos.
Thanks,

Does the part of the lamp where the connector attaches pass through the black plastic of the mirror body...see below.
If so, that will prevent the lamp from sliding out. It looks like you may have to disconnect the wiring then push the lamp out (forwards) to clear the mirror body before it will move to the side.
