Hi all

I need replace the camshaft position sensor but Lamentably I don't know the location of it.
Also I need the part number to buy it. Do you know it?

Why does it need replacing? How did you test it if you don't know where it is?

Thanks for your info. Scanner information said that: CIRCUIT "A" in the sensor have a problem.
Really I am not expert maybe I have the change the garage or other opinion.

Did they say....'We can try a new sensor'....or .......it'll be .5 hours diagnostic time to test'.....If the garage just throws parts at it without testing....you need a new garage.

Lamentably I don't have too much options in my city.
Anyway circuit A fails

I could get it.
If this sensor fail could have problem whit gas smoke?
I don't pass the the test In my city because high co and hidrocarbur levels

If you know someone who has that engine type you could try putting their sensor in and see if the code comes back.

Sorry, don't know the part number off the top of my head but the sensor is located on the rear of the cylinder head, on the left as you look into the engine bay....
