I posted this in a thread trapped in the GD subforum. The bolt pattern on my rims are 5x114 on my Sparco Terra rims.

"I recently installed some winter tires that had some centering rings in them. They were listed as 67.06mm rings, so the center bore is 67.1mm. It may seem obvious to some, since this is the Hyundai standard it seems, but I'm just chiming in to confirm the 2018 Elantra GT's centre bore.

The rim specs for the new rims are 45mm offset 17x7.5. It looks like I have about 1.5-2cm of space between the outer tire and the top fender."

"My GLS model comes with 17x7 rims. The offset is 51mm, indicated on the rim itself. I measured the bore to be about 66-67mm. The caliper kept going off zero, so I can only assume that it should be 67.1mm, as with other Hyundai rims"

"Lug Torque Range - Rather than a single rating, the manual give a range between 79-94 ft-lbs for the required torque."

For the 1.6 turbo with 18" wheels, it's 225/40ZR18 tires, 7.5Jx18 rim size, offset ET55, bolt pattern 5x114.3, threads M12 x 1.5, center bore 67.1 as per wheel-size.com

I managed to install 16" Mazda 3 wheels for my winter setup on my car, barely clears the brake calipers with offset ET50
