I found some rims from a 2008 Tiburon I was thinking about buying.

'08 Tiburon Specs -

Tires: 215/45ZR17
Rim/ ET: 7Jx17 ET41
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3

'16 Elantra Specs -
Tires: 195/65R15
Rim/ ET: 6Jx15 ET46
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3

I see the max size for the '16 Elantra's with 17" rims is: 215/45R17 7Jx17 ET52

It's an exact fit, but the offset will be 41 as opposed to 46, is this a big difference, I don't know much to visualize how the offset will look with the Tiburon wheels on the Elantra, can someone help me out?

Thanks!

I know this has been posted before, keep digging in the forums. I would expect them to stick out a little but otherwise be fine.
5mm is not that much unless the offset causes interference with brakes or rubbing turning turning.

As long as it's not excessive, a wider more aggressive stance would look pretty cool IMO. I'm not a wheel expert but I believe changing the parameters can change alignment geometry and handling. You may want to look a bit further into that and possibly get an alignment done after the swap. Post pics, I'm interested in seeing this.
