Been awhile since I have had tint, now currently have 3M CS-35.

Over years scratches occur as you roll up and down by dirt and grit, best thing obviously to try and vacuum the channel felt on the inside from time to time. With that being said is there anything you could apply to the tint like a wax or something to keep them slicked up somehow.

Know wax would probably not be appropriate but what could, pledge? Would like to keep them slicked with something not just clean.

Regards

I am not sure that is a good idea or if even would work. The tint I got done on my Sonata comes with a lifetime warranty. Not worried about scratches.

I wouldn't recommend that at all. If your tint job came with a warranty or you purchased one, I can see them claiming the wax had something to do with it. On the other hand my friend's '08 Acura TL has the same problem with the window felt being very taut against the glass and causing scratches in the tint. It's annoying but he lives with it.
