I want to upgrade my OEM SE stereo to the 7 inch screen. Is there a way I can do that? I already bought the screen and the trim for the screen. Just need to know if I can peel the harness from the OEM stereo on the SE and connect those to the ones that came with the 7” screen.

Any info is greatly appreciated.

To save yourself from such a hassle, just get an aftermarket headunit and an harness.
