Trying to use the voice recognition and continue to get a message...
"Contacts are not ready to use with Voice Recognition. Please try again later"
Not sure what I might be doing wrong, any help would be great.

Have you tried unpairing the phone then pairing it again?

Here is what I have done...

Unpair and then re-pair
soft reset using button on screen
factory reset
delete profile (now I can't get the profile to talk with Blue Link)

none of these have worked

I suggest you contact the Service department now you have done the basics.
