Okay so i got a 13 tucson. Scanned it and found cyl no.1 misfire history code. From now on, all descriptions are based on “P” gear. I figured engine does not misfire at idle or over 3500rpm. However, intermittent misfire happens when i rev up to 3000rpm and let go of throttle. While rpm dropping, then intermittently it shows misfire counts. As i mentioned at idle or sustained high rpm, it never ever misfires. Also at exactly 2000rpm, engine vibrates a lot and it smoothes out any other rpm, but no misfire at this point. I replaced all 4 aftermarket spark plugs, still the same. Swapped No.1 coil & injector with No.2. Misfire did not move to No.2. I did cylinder balance test on scanner, it seems all 4 cylinders are quite balanced. What could cause this weird ass symptom? I doubt it but, could bad engine mount cause misfire?
