Does anyone know if the US White Pearl color is the same as Canada's Glacier Pearl White? And is Silver Sky the same as Iridescent Silver Blue?

unless you get the paint code it's hard to say for sure. It may look similar but might not be the same. For example the Korean models are similar but not exact matches. Considering US and Canada shares the same color names for other colors would make me think that it's not the exact same color or they would have used the same name for these 2 colors too. But again it would be close enough that you won't notice even if the cars are parked side by side.

Of course they're the same - the cars come from the same factory.

Same factory doesn't mean they can't use two different paint colors. Canadian Sonata's have different option and trim packages than the US models so Hyundai would run a bath of Canadian models seperate from US models anyways, so they can easily use a different paint color for these too.

I'm no expert on car factories but I believe the painting is done separately from the assembly, in a separate shop even. So you could have two assembly lines, one for each market, but the cars are still going to be painted in the same shop. So having to use two separate whites, for example, would make no sense at all, adding unnecessary cost and time.

True, without knowing how Hyundai assembly works we are just guessing at the moment. But it is a very good posibility they are different colors. Due to the Canadian winters they may have decided on a slightly darker white. Again not enough that you will notice unless two cars are side by side. For example the Korean colors are different they the US colors. But just slightly as seen in the shark racing spoiler section where there is confirmation that the black and the grey are not identical.
