no problem, just pull the fuse (but the warning light will stay on)
Unhooking Abs?
I have a cracked tone ring issue with my wifes 2002 Santa Fe that needs to get fixed.
I am leaving town for a week and cannot address it until I return.
Driving it is not an issue like it is, except, sometimes at slow speeds, it is near impossible to stop when the ABS randomly kicks in. This worries me. She says it is no problem.
Can I disconnect the ABS, leaving standard braking, until I can get back to deal with the tone ring??
