NO,, chain is not a normal replace item, supposed to good the life of engine, so keep good clean oil in it at all times.

Type Of Engine In 2010 Sonata
I think the 2.4 four cylinder engine in my 2010 Sonata Limited is an interrupter engine, but does it have a timing belt or a chain? Does the chain need to be replaced at 60k like the timing belt in my 2003 Sonata V6?

Thanks for the info. The replacement of the belt in my 2003 Sonata V6 was pretty expensive at nearly $800, if I remember correctly.
