In an effort to inform people on the prices that you've seen dealers ask for(base msrp + options + markup) and prices you may have bought your turbo at, let's make a quick list of price, trim, options, and location bought.
NOTE: Please make sure you state your location(State) in your update. Some people have not posted their state, and I'm using their forum information if it is listed, assuming they bought in the same state. Make it easier for me to update this list

I'm about to buy mine for $28,000 out the door. Limited 2.0T no navigation package in pearl white. Only dealers that are marking it up are high volume dealers down here. Ive seen as much as $3000 mark up on the turbo models. FYI buy it with an internet department member for a better deal and always negotiate out the door price rather than monthly payment, it gives them too much room to wiggle with. Also if you are trading in a vehicle always state that last after you have already negotiated the price of the new car.
I bought the car in Lexington, KY area. It was an easy negotiation with a few emails back and forth on a Sunday (dealership is actually closed on Sundays) with the Internet Sales Manager. I went down the next Saturday to do the paperwork and drive it home.
The best price that I can find is through Zag.com, a service that may be limited or restricted to members.
For a Limited 2.0T, $25,086 w/ no options for NW US deliveries. all options are at invoice. It does look like the prices are quickly getting realistic.
Just completed the paperwork for a Limited Turbo w/Nav. Came loaded with Carpeted Floor Mats, Cargo Mat, IPOD Cable, Sunroof Wind Deflector. They also comped the pinstripe. $26,406. PreTax/Fees. Smiling ear to ear, pick it up Wednesday....

Exterior Radiant Silver, Interior Gray. Why Limited vs. SE - Wanted Leather and Heated Seats. Carting around a 10 year old makes spill clean ups easier, he is also psyched that there are heated seats in the rear.

Man some people here are getting nutty deals!! Dealers around me know full well there are only a handful of these cars out at the moment and they are in demand. Not a snowball's chance in **** they are going to discount them to what some of you are paying.

There is about 750 Holdback on the vehicle and 1000 Dealer cash Most dealers are going off dealer invoice which is common for the demand at this time. Just make sure you find out what the Doc fee and Dealer fees are. Dealer Invoice is about 1500 or so below MSRP

Is it just me or does it seem that dealers in Southern California, particularly around Los Angeles, aren't budging on pricing as much and are selling at a premium?

Demand is high and supply is short. I would suggest contacting all dealerships in a 75mile radius. Work with the Internet Department set yourself up with a google voice number and email you dont care about. And start working them all against each other. Tell them you are shopping around and want the best Out the Door Price to earn your business. Ask about AAA pricing also. The more educated and serious you sound. The better offer you will get.

My friend drove 60+ miiles from LA County to get his Sonata SE Turbo at barely under msrp. The east coast has a lot more inventory for turbos than the west coast does right now it seems like. Some dealers are even marking up the turbo in Southern California.

Over the weekend, I did a full out online search of dealer inventories within a 75 mile radius. Came upon the Turbo Limited w/Nav in Radiant Silver 40 miles away. Requested an online quote through the Internet Dept. Received an automatic reply back with pricing for all types of Sonata's including the Turbo. Contacted them on Monday, confirmed the price with Internet Specialist, confirmed that if I drove the 40 miles I could buy the car at that price. Went into it feeling it was too good to be true, was waiting for the Candid Camera Guys to walk out....Essentially, they realized after I spoke to them that they had offered the identical discount that was being offered for non-Turbo models, but since they emailed me a price and confirmed by phone the General Manager honored the price and said that they were raising the price for all Turbo's back to MSRP, effective immediately, they only had one other SE Turbo on the lot. I went in with low expectations waiting for the axe to fall, but ended up buying the car for the quoted price including 2.9% financing....
